Jelqing Techniques & Exercises
These jelqing exercises are extremely effective, but must be performed in the correct manner.
Jelqing Technique One
This exercise will allow a man with a six-inch (erect) penis to increase its length by between one and three inches. But this will only happen if you practice five days a week. The circumference of the penis will also grow proportionately. You will notice hardly any growth for about one month, but do not be disheartened. Dedication and persistence are the key factors. In the second and third months, an increase in penis length of at least two inches is fairly common.
(NB: Step Two below is aimed at getting you in a semi-erect state. If you’re already semi-erect, you can proceed from Step One to Step Three.)
- Apply a lubricant over the skin of the penis. Keep the lubricant handy as you will need it again. Don’t use soap as it will dry out the skin.
- Using your thumb and forefinger, squeeze the base of the penis shaft and pull downwards. Stop at the penis head. Repeat this procedure but make sure to alternate the hands. The strokes should last about three seconds each. The stimulation of the penis will also help you achieve an erection.
- When the penis is partially erect, form the “A-OK” sign with your forefinger and thumb in your left hand. Then, using the left hand, grip very tightly around the penis base.
- Beginning from the penis base, pull it very gently, stretching downwards and outwards. Try to maintain the partially-erect state and ensure you begin at the penis base and progress to the head with each stroke.
- Now, switch to the right hand to repeat the stroke, again beginning at the penis base and stretching down to the head. Once again, alternate the hands and use a rhythmic milking-style motion, touching each bit of the penis apart from the top of its head. This lays the foundation of jelqing.
Aim for between 200 and 300 strokes a day in the initial week at a medium strength. This should take about 10 minutes. For the second week, aim to do between 300 and 500 strokes a day at a medium to full strength. This will take about 15 minutes to complete. And from then aim for at least 500 strokes a day, making them as strong as you can possibly make them. This should take you about 20 minutes.
You should not experience any discomfort while using the jelqing techniques, so make sure you use plenty of lubricant to avoid skin irritation.
If you feel a full erection coming on during this technique, squeeze harder to try to discourage it, or simply wait until it subsides. You can also boost circulation afterwards by slapping the penis down and up 20 to 30 times. Make sure you perform this jelqing technique five days each week and try to keep the penis only semi-erect. If you want to ejaculate, stop the technique until the feeling disappears. This is a good self-control exercise.
Jelqing Technique Two
- Apply lubricant to the penis when it is flaccid.
- Stretch the penis downwards and slightly outwards using just the forefinger and thumb. Make sure you are firm but gentle.
- Keep alternating between hands in a milking style.
- Do this gently until some swelling develops and then start doing the technique a little more firmly
- Make sure to repeat this stroke 100 times.
In the initial 10 days, take it fairly easy, but slowly progress to 200 strokes per session. The exercise is the same for uncircumcised and circumcised guys. You will notice the head of the penis gets very red and swells considerably. Don’t worry: this is normal and is caused by blood being forced to that particular area.
Jelqing Technique Three
This is known as the dry variation of jelqing and is very similar to the first two techniques. The main difference is that you do not use any lubrication. For dry milking, people pull and squeeze the skin. Be careful not to slide the fingers over the penis skin. Focus separately on the penis base and centre of the shaft if the penis gets too big to cover in a single stroke.
A lot of males like to perform the dry technique when they wake up when the levels of testosterone are at their highest. Be sure to have a day off if you begin to feel any soreness.
Jelqing Technique Four
The following version of jelqing was outlined in a penis enlargement forum.
Apply lubricant all over your penis. When it is semi-erect, put a little Vaseline on to the palms of your hands. With your left hand, form an “ok” symbol using your forefinger and thumb, and grip the penis base. Maintaining a firm grip, slide the hand downwards to the penis head, making sure you pull as you go. Do this again using your right hand. Continue to alternate between hands and maintain this at a fast to medium pace.
During the initial week, make sure you perform between 100 and 200 repetitions, which should take about ten minutes a session. But after the initial week, aim to complete 20 minutes a day. The crucial factor is to keep the penis only semi-erect. If you feel like ejaculating, stop until the feeling subsides.
Jelqing Technique Five
This technique is widely known as the Tao technique and works for guys who want to create a bigger penis head. It is more or less the same method as the first technique, apart from it is performed more slowly.
Use the fingers to force blood up to the penis head to create some pressure. Maintain that position for about ten seconds, which will increase the capacity of the penis head to accept more blood and will ultimately create a mushroom or bell shape. You may also gently squeeze the base to cause blood to become engorged in the penis head. You can repeat this several times but do not exceed ten minutes.
